SAYPAA objectives.
Form a committee of young members of Alcoholics Anonymous so that they may experience the benefits of service work in AA.
Be self-supporting through fundraising events, with surplus funds directed back into the fellowship as a whole via Area B.
Hold an annual SAYPAA convention.
Where possible, follow the same paths that have been walked by previous successful Young People’s conventions in Australia.
Inspire and encourage the three legacies of AA - Recovery through the 12 Steps, Unity through the 12 Traditions, and Service through the 12 Concepts.
SAYPAA structure.
SAYPAA is a sub-committee of Area B Central Region. As such, we are linked into the general service structure of Alcoholics Anonymous and are responsible to the fellowship as a whole.
